East Coast Environmental Restoration, Inc. was started in 2005 by Edwin Rincon.

Edwin worked for almost ten years responding to fire damage, water damage, and mold remediation calls before deciding to start his own company. After many years of gaining experience, Edwin launched East Coast Environmental Restoration, Inc. ECER would respond to Emergency Situations such as fires, floods, oil spills, and other natural disasters.

Since it started in 2005, East Coast has been granted many licenses and certificates.
